metrics that matter

I'm sick right now.

Fever. Chills. The works.

But I saw it coming.

Two days ago, my Whoop showed elevated skin temperature.

Then yesterday, another spike.

Like clockwork, today the symptoms hit.

I haven't figured out how to prevent it, but the data is fascinating.

It's made me think about metrics in general.

Most Web3 founders I consult with have no idea where their growth comes from.

"We get traffic from Twitter" is not a metric.

"Our conference booth generated 47 leads" is.

The best founders obsessively track:

  • Profile conversion rate (visitors who follow you)

  • Speed-to-lead (how quickly you message new followers)

  • Outbound DMs per day

  • Reply rates on cold messages

Your body sends signals before breaking down.

So does your business.

Most just aren't watching the right metrics.

Speaking of metrics that matter...

Last week, I ran profile audits for 5 Web3 founders.

One went from 2% to 27% profile conversion this week.

Another booked an investor call from a single post.

And three of them signed with us to manage their accounts completely.

But here's the thing:

I can only manage so many clients personally.

So I decided to reveal my entire client acquisition system on 𝕏.

Next Thursday, May 15, 9 am EST, I'm hosting a workshop: "How to Use 𝕏 to Add $20K MRR to Your Web3 Startup."

I'll break down:

  • My DM sequence that books calls

  • The exact profile setup that converts at 25%+

  • Content frameworks that attract leads every single day

Only 7 spots available.

First 2 tickets: $65

Remaining tickets: $100

Reply "WORKSHOP" to grab yours before they're gone.

Keep building,

Jax

PS: Recording and resources will be shared with ticketholders only. After that, the system stays locked in my vault (or gets sold to my paying clients for 10x the price).

PSS: Reply "WORKSHOP" to reserve your spot before it’s sold out.
