Your Mind Was Programmed

The secret to growing in Web3

You’re Being Programmed

By every ad, tweet, and notification.

Call it manipulation. Call it marketing. Same result.

Every second, your ideal users’ attention is under attack—and those who win know something you don’t:

Beliefs move people to act.

  • Want someone to use your dApp?

  • Partner with your protocol?

  • Buy your token?

You need to shape their beliefs first.

Think about it.

You wouldn’t be building a startup unless you believed it could change your life (or someone else’s).

Maybe you want to change the world.

Maybe you just wanted to be rich.

Either way, beliefs guide every decision.

Here’s the secret: beliefs can be instilled (in a mostly ethical way).

It’s a 3-step process:

Step 1: Identify The Actions

What do you want people to do?

  • Use your protocol?

  • Invest in your vision?

  • Share your story?

If you don’t know what you want from your audience, they won’t either.

Step 2: Identify The Beliefs

What beliefs do they need to take that action?

Do they need to believe:

  • You, the founder, can be trusted?

  • Your project will survive (even in the bear)?

  • This solution is what they’ve been looking for?

List out the beliefs and connect them to your audience’s desires—security, success, recognition.

Step 3: Devise A Plan

Your plan = strategic content that installs those beliefs.

Content that makes users trust your vision and see your product as indispensable.

But the sad truth: most founders give up too early.

They think one post is enough (it’s not).

You need consistency and repetition.

You need a strategy that builds trust over time.

This separates the projects that win from the ones that get ignored.

Remember, you don't have to do it alone.

If you’re ready to shape those beliefs and scale your project, let’s talk.

Until next time…

Keep building,

Jax
